Secure Check-In

Before drop-off, parents will check-in their child at our GraceKids check-in desk.  Each child will receive a sticker with their name to place on their back.  Once you place the sticker on their back, please escort your child to the appropriate room.  If you are dropping off something like a diaper bag, it should be clearly marked with the child’s name.  To pick up a child, the parent must have their corresponding sticker that is received at check-in. Parents should notify a classroom leader if special security concerns apply to their child. PLEASE NOTE: Because our highest value is safety, we thoroughly screen every child worker and have placed stringent policies on our volunteers to help ensure that each child is treated with the love and respect they deserve.

Ages 2 and under

It is our goal to demonstrate God’s love to children and their families.  We intend to provide a safe, clean, loving, and learning environment filled with smiles, hugs, laughter, guidance, kind words, and gentle care.

What to Expect

You will be asked to give us pertinent information about your child upon drop-off.  Helpful information includes: feeding and sleeping schedules, dietary concerns, allergies, and any other special instructions.

A snack of Cheerios is available for those toddlers given permission to eat them.  Please indicate on the sign-in form whether or not your child is able to have a snack.  They will only have the drink that you provide for them.

We’ll do our best to care for your child.  We understand separation can be difficult.  If a child cannot be consoled after a reasonable amount of time, the parent will be contacted.

Toddlers (around walking age) will be invited to participate in a short lesson that include songs and crafts.

CURRICULUM

Because we know how important early years are with children in their faith development, we’re extremely careful in choosing a curriculum that helps each child understand not only the Grand Story of the Bible but also how Jesus is there every step of the way. We’re excited to partner with The Gospel Project because “When Kids Get It, It Changes Everything”
